You’ll learn how to use Mylar with machine embroidery to add shimmer and dimension without overwhelming the design. The reflective Mylar catches the light behind the stitches, giving the finished panels a gorgeous, almost illuminated look.
During class, you’ll learn:
- How to properly place and secure Mylar for machine embroidery
- Tips for stitching successfully over Mylar
- How to trim and clean up Mylar after embroidery
- How the different panels come together to create the finished Christmas project
This is a fun opportunity to try a specialty embroidery technique while creating a festive piece you'll be excited to display for Christmas!
