3/8in Bias Combo Tool Blue

It's great for making shoe laces, drawstrings and more! To make 3/4 in. bias binding start with a 1 1/4 in. strip of fabric and put it through the bottom part of the tool. To make 3/8 in. double fold binding place the 3/4 in. bias strip into the 3rd Hand Binding Folder positioned on top of the tool.
